Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
